Winifred M. “Pat” Seeley

(1920- 1997)

Winifred M. ”Pat” Seeley, 76, of Bethel, died Thursday at Danbury Hospital.

She was the wife of the late Kenneth A. Seeley Sr.

Mrs. Seeley was born in Ireland, Aug. 22, 1920, a daughter of William and Mary Casey Ryan. Married in England in 1944, she came to the United States after World War II and had been an area resident ever since. She was a member of St. Peter’s Church.

Mrs. Seeley is survived by a daughter, Anne Pomeroy of Bethel; four sisters, Christine Ryan of Danbury, ”Jo” Ryan of Brookfield, and Eileen Burke and Imelda Watkins of London, England; and a brother, Michael Ryan of Wales. She was predeceased by a son, Kenneth A. Seeley Jr.

SERVICES: A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Monday at 10:30 a.m. at St. Peter’s Church, Danbury. Burial will follow in St. Peter’s Cemetery.
