William R. Seeley

William R. Seeley, 67, of 821 E. Brighton Avenue, died Thursday at home after a short illness.

A native of Syracuse, he worked as a truck mechanic from Bresee Chevrolet, retiring six years ago.

He was a member of the Moose Lodge No. 625.

Surviving are one son, Robert W. Seeley of Clearwater, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Mary Catherine Reis of Clearwater, Fla.; two stepdaughters, Mrs. Beverly Carpenter of LaFayette and Mrs. Barbara Leader of St. Cloud, Fla.; one stepson, A. Kenneth Davis of Baldwinsville; one brother Owen Seeley of Clay; one sister, Mrs. Florence Owen of St. Petersburg, Fla; 14 grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.

Services will be 10:30 a.m. Monday at the Norris Funeral Home, Marcellus, the Rev. John Felton officiating.

Burial will be in Oakwood-Morningside Cemetery.

Calling hours will be 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home, 33 North St., Marcellus.
