WILLIAM EDWARD SEELEY, 80, 2135 North Courtenay Parkway, Merritt Island, died Tuesday, Aug. 25. Mr. Seeley was a retired illustrator with Civil Service at Patrick AFB. Born in Buffalo, N.Y., he moved to Central Florida in 1957. A member of St. Luke’s Episcopal Church, Merritt Island, he was active in the American Legion 22, Cocoa. Survivors: wife, Mildred W.; stepsons, Walter W. LaRoache, Cocoa, Judson W. LaRoache, Jr., Warner-Robbins, Ga.; 5 grandchildren. Wylie-Baxley Funeral Home, Merritt Island.
