Walter J. Seeley, Shavertown, passed away Tuesday at Summit Health Care Center, Wilkes-Barre.

Born in Wilkes-Barre, he was the son of the late Willard J. and Ruth Herner Seeley. Prior to his retirement, he owned the National Construction Co., Kingston.

Preceding him in death was his wife, the former Rosaline (Rolavage) Rolewicz; brothers, Donald and Allen.

Surviving is his son, James Walter, Shavertown; daughters, Deborah Okraszewski, Wilkes-Barre; Patricia Pilch, Warrior Run; Donna Pilch, Lee Park; and Ruth Ann Senkus, Plymouth; 15 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; sister, Elsie Mae Harris, Wilkes-Barre.

Funeral services will be held Thursday evening at 8 p.m. from the Kearney Funeral Home Inc., 22 S. Prospect St., Nanticoke, with the Rev. Tim Hall officiating. Interment will be at the convenience of the family.

Friends may call from 7 to 8 p.m. Thursday.
