SEELY, TRUMAN A., 83, of Ruskin, died Tuesday (May 17, 1994) at home under the care of Hospice of Hillsborough. He was born in Camden, N.Y., and came here 35 years ago from Maine, N.Y. He was a retired heavy equipment operator for the city of St. Petersburg and a Baptist. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy; two sons, Richard, Maine, and David, Dunnellon; two daughters, Marjorie Chopiak, St. Petersburg, and Mary Grace Chopiak, Maine; a sister, Ruth Ostrander, Mount Upton, N.Y.; nine grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
