Resided at Stamford, CT and New Brunswick, Canada.

Loyalist during Revolutionary War.  Seth, wife and seven children embarked, 11 Apr 1783, from Huntington NY on the ship “Union” to Saint John, New Brunswick.  Their oldest daughter, Tamar, came later.  The family stayed in Canada, settling at Kingston, New Brunswick.  Their land in CT was confiscated as well as his inheritance from his father.
