Wedding at Osceola To-day

To-day at the home of the bride’s parents in Osceola Miss Sara Phelps, the youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Frank J. Seely, is to be married to Mr. Robert C. Albee, of Elkland. Rev. W.F. Colelough, of Hammondsport, formerly of the Elkland-Osceola Presbyterian church, is to perform the ceremony. The young couple are general favorites and both belong to the oldest families in the Cowanesque valley. The best wishes of a host of friends will follow them through life.
