Mrs. Rowine (Pat Kelly) Seeley, 53 1162 E. 4th South, died of natural causes Monday, 7:15 a.m., in a Salt Lake hospital. Born July 17, 1910, Salt Lake City to Quinton B. and Laura A. Kelly. Married to William Balsar July, 1932, Salt Lake City. Later divorced. Married to Clifford E. Seeley May 5, 1956, Salt Lake City. Graduate and honor student, University of Utah. Member, Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Survivors: husband; brother, sister, B.D. Kelly, Mrs. Maxine Van Wagner, all Salt Lake City. Funeral Friday noon, 260 E. South Temple, where friends call Thursday, 6-8 p.m., Friday prior to services. Burial, Mt. Olivet Cemetery.
