Mrs. Rose Seely

Plainfield – Funeral services for Mrs. Rose Seely, 92, Plainfield, were held at 2 p.m. today at the Goult-Patterson-Hardell Funeral Home here with the Rev. Mary Sherman officiating. Burial was in the Plainfield Cemetery.

Mrs. Seely died at 8:50 p.m. Friday at the Jude Memorial Rest Home, Wautoma.

The former Rose Sherwood was born in the town of Oasis, Waushara County, on Sept 3, 1879, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Oliver Harwood. She married Dana Seely in the town of Pine Grove on Aug. 29, 1897, and he preceded her in death.

Survivors include a daughter, Mrs. Alvy Evans, Molalla, Ore.; four grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren and eight great-great-grandchildren.
