Cremation will be private at the Countryside Crematory. Born Aug. 27, 1931, in Chicago, he died Tuesday, June 14, 2005, at St. Alexius Medical Center, Hoffman Estates. Mr. Seeley was a Marine Corps veteran of the Korean Conflict and a member of American Legion Post @#1084 in Roselle. Roger was the husband of Jeanette (nee Roland); father of Patricia (Roger) Gates of Cary, Roger of Chicago and the late Pamela (Dan) Watson; grandfather of Jennifer and Jeffrey (Fanta) Sherwood, Scott Watson and Hannah Gates; and great-grandfather of Alec Sherwood.
