SEELEY, Robert Preston, age 80, of Knoxville, PA, passed away Wednesday, June 24, 2009, at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. He was born September 14, 1928, the son of Ralph & Harriet Preston Seeley. Bob retired from Corning Inc. He was a member of Elkland Moose Lodge #746 & the Tioga American Legion. Survived by daughters, Marlene Griffin, Chula Vista, CA, Darlene Harmon, Tioga, PA, Harriet Clark, Woodhull, NY, Kelly Hancher, Hanover, IN, Karen Seeley, Elkland, PA, Marshell Eddy, Terryton, TX; sons, Allan Seeley, Elkland, PA, Michael Seeley, Tioga, PA; sisters, Marion Newberry, Knoxville, PA, Marlene Palumbo, Waverly, NY, Helen Pratt, Knoxville, PA; brother, Mark Seeley, Osceola, PA; 24 grandchildren, several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins. He was preceded in death by sons, Robert Preston Seeley Jr. and Barry Mack Seeley; and sister, Gail Druetto. Family and friends are invited to call at the Kenyon Funeral Home, Inc., #214 West Main Street, Elkland, PA, Sunday from 1-2:00 p.m. where funeral services will be conducted immediately following the visitation at 2:00 p.m. Rev. Larry O’Dell officiating.
