SEELY, ROBERT “DUSTY’ – Arrangements for Robert “Dusty” Seely, 41, of Bakersfield, formerly of Selma, are under the direction of Page Funeral Chapel in Selma. Mr. Seely, an auto repairman, died Thursday. Visitation will be from 1 to 5 p.m. today and 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the chapel.
