Rexford George “Bill” Of Osceola, PA Age 94, of RD #1, Osceola, Pa, Wednesday, June 7, 2000 at Soldiers & Sailors Memorial Hospital, Wellsboro, PA. He was born March 20, 1906 in Osceola Twp., PA, the son of Samuel & Bessie Tubbs Seely. He was a life long farmer. Survived by “His wife of 68 years” Reba Kelts Seely; daughters, Phyllis “Anne” Smouther, Canton, PA, Margaret “Peg” Marzo, RD, Osceola, PA; son, Hugh Seely, RD, Osceola, PA; grandchildren, Amanda Seely, Philip Seely, Timothy Marzo, Louis Marzo; great grandchildren, Travis Marzo, Kendra Marzo, all of RD, Osceola, PA; sister, Dora Church, Osceola, PA; several nieces, nephews & cousins. There will be no prior visitation. Private funeral services will be conducted at the convenience of the family. Memorial donations may be made to the Valley Community Ambulance Association, State Route #49, Osceola, PA 16942.
