PHYLLIS MAY SEELEY, 49, Curle Road, Eustis, died Tuesday, Nov. 7. Mrs. Seeley was an office manager. Born in Saranac, N.Y., she moved to Central Florida in 1971. She attended First Baptist Church of Eustis. She was a Marine Corps veteran. Survivors: husband, Richard; sons, Richard II, Twenty-Nine Palms, Calif., David, Eustis; daughters, Stacy McLain, Apopka, Angela Seeley, Eustis; mother, Arline Sweet, Bloomingdale, N.Y.; brother, Harold Cook, Robert Sweet, both of Bloomingdale, Paul Sweet, Plattsburgh, N.Y.; sister, Melissa Boucher, Keeseville, N.Y. Woodlawn Funeral Home, Orlando.
