Pauline W. Seeley

Pauline W. Seeley, 57, an artist who worked as a gift shop cashier at the National Air and Space Museum in the 1980s, died of respiratory failure Sept. 2 at the Mount Vernon Rehabilitation Center. She had ailments that included rheumatoid arthritis.

Mrs. Seeley, who was born in New Haven, Conn., lived in Alexandria. Her paintings and handcrafted necklaces were displayed at the Torpedo Factory in the late 1980s and early 1990s. She volunteered at National Orthopedic Hospital.

Mrs. Seeley attended Syracuse University and graduated from Drexel University. She was a member of Gamma Phi Beta social sorority.

Survivors include her husband, Ramon L. Seeley of Alexandria, a brother and a sister.
