Owen E. Seeley

Former Local Resident Dies

Owen E. Seeley, 58, former resident of Richwood for several years, died at his home in Springfield O., on Sunday, December 4.

A brother of the late C.W. Seeley of Richwood, Mr. Seeley was formerly connected with the old Wm. F. Mosser tannery here for several years before he removed his family to Ohio.

Survivors include the widow who is the former Miss Jennie Anger; one son, Owen E. Seeley, Jr., who is serving in the navy; one daughter, Mrs. Lloyd Hess at home; one granddaughter, Sue; and one sister, Mrs. Belle Livingood of Salisbury, Pa.
