SEELY – Mildred Diane Cook, died Thursday at the age of 49. Milly was born Aug. 24, 1933, in Evanston, IL. She graduated from the University of Utah in 1955. Most of her adult life has been spent in OKC, where she is known for her love of sewing. She is survived by her husband, J. Rodman Seely M.D., Ph.D; her 3 daughters, D. Diane Ashby of Arlington, TX; Barbara Lynn of OKC, and Tricia K. of the home; brother, Frank Willis Cook of Chicago; sisters, Barbara Drew Jorgensen of MN, and Patricia Wadkins of San Diego. Her parents, Richard Roe Cook and Edith Schwartzbaugh Cook, are deceased. In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Mildred Cook Seely Memorial, Presbyterian Hospital Foundation. Services will be held at 11 am Saturday at Hahn-Cook/Street & Draper Chapel. Burial will follow in Rose Hill Cemetery.
