STEPHENSON — Michael “Mike” L. Seely Jr., 45, of Stephenson, passed away Thursday, Jan. 3, 2019 at his home.
Mike was born in Menominee, Mich., on March 14, 1973, son of, Michael and Donna (Homernik) Seely Sr. He was raised in Carney and attended Carney-Nadeau School.
He was self-employed in the area doing odd jobs for people.
Mike enjoyed fixing small engines, hunting and fishing, but most of all he especially loved being with his children.
Mike is survived by his mother, Donna Gustafson of Carney; wife, Marie Seely; children, Queven and Qualice Seely, all of Stephenson; siblings, Darla (Doug) Bonno of Iron River, Diana Seely of Menominee, and Della Brown of Stephenson.
He was preceded in death by his father, Michael, and sister, Donna Jean Friggi.
The visitation will be held on Saturday, Jan. 12, at the Carney Free Church in Carney from 3 to 4 p.m. CST. The funeral service will be at 4 p.m. CST with Pastor Kit Bogan officiating. A meal will follow in the church hall.
