Miss Gertrude Proper, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. A.D. Proper of Hydetown and Merle Seely, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Seely of Bradleytown, were united in marriage on June 27, at Clymer, N.Y., by Rev. Milton Thomas, pastor of the M.E. church. The couple are now at home at 52 Spring street, Oil City.
