MAX J. SEELY ANGOLA – 1922-1999

Max J. Seely, 76, of Angola, a World War II Army Air Force veteran, died Wednesday, Feb. 3, 1999, at St. Joseph Hospital in Fort Wayne.

The Branch County, Mich., native worked for Chrysler Corp. as a maintenance supervisor and attended Fairview Missionary Church.

Surviving are his wife, Genevieve; sons David of Melvindale, Mich., and Dale of Jimtown; a sister, Frances Catobius of Coldwater, Mich.; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a brother, Kenneth Waterbury, and a sister, Louise Brown.

Services are 11 a.m. Saturday at Fairview Missionary Church, Angola. Calling is from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. Friday at Weicht Funeral Home, Angola. Burial will be in Fisher Hills Cemetery, Branch County, Mich.
