SEELEY – Mary M. Seeley, 80, Rockford Manor, 310 Arnold Ave., died at 12:10 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 9, 1986, in Saint Anthony Medical Center after a long illness. Born Dec. 23, 1905, in Mount Vernon, daughter of Aaron and Trudy Cooper. Lived 56 years in Rockford, coming from DeKalb. Married Ellis “Al” Seeley in DeKalb. Employed as matron by Winnebago County Juvenile Detention Home four and one-half years. She was an avid bowler many years. She was an avid bowler many years. Survivors include a sister, Ethel Roberson, Mascoutah, numerous nieces and nephews. Predeceased by a brother, Joseph Cooper, and a sister, Etta Hawkinson.

Services at 10:30 a.m. Monday, Oct. 13, in Gasparini & Oliveri Funeral Home, 707 Marchesano Drive. Burial in Sunset Memorial Gardens. Friends may call at the funeral home from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday.
