Margrurite M. Seely, 94, of Homosassa, FL, passed away Thursday, Feb. 9, 2012, at Sugarmill Manor in Homosassa, FL.
A native of Bridgeport, WI, she was born Nov. 19, 1917, to Everett and Alta (Poston) Bedward and moved to Homosassa in 1978 from Madison, WI. Margrurite was a member of First United Methodist Church of Homosassa and a member of Ladies Auxillary B.P.O.E. No. 2693 Elks Lodge of Homosassa.
Mrs. Seely is survived by son, Ronald M (Sharon) Seely, Homosassa, FL; sisters Letha Sawvell, Murphy, NC, Arlene Balk, Parieduchien, WI, and Alice Yanna, Muscoda, WI.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Milford Seely, in 2002; and siblings Donald, Eldon, Violet, Vivian, Jeannette, Joan, Caroline and Erma.
Friends will be received from 3 to 4 p.m. Sunday, Feb. 12, at Wilder Funeral Home, Homosassa Springs, FL, with chapel services at 4 p.m. with the Rev. Mark Whitaker officiating. Further services and interment will take place in Madison, WI, on Saturday, Feb. 18.
