Margaret Ann Seeley

(1940- 2000)

Margaret Ann Seeley, 60, of Holden Brook Road, Osceola, entered into rest on Friday, June 30th, at Robert Packer Hospital, after an extended illness.

She was born on January 30, 1940 in Troupsburg, the daughter of Chris and Florence Rice Johnansen.

She married Louis H. Seeley on May 25, 1956 in Elkland. He still survives.

Margaret was a bus driver for the Tioga County School System. She had also worked in garment manufacturing facilities in the area.

Besides her husband, she is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law; Louis and Paula Seeley of Dundee, N.Y., Ricky and Vicky Seeley of Lawrenceville; and Tim and Carol Seeley of Osceola. Also surviving are grandchildren, Mickey, Nick, Stacey, and Stephanie Seeley, and special nephew, Rodney L. Crane.

Margaret also leaves four sisters, Ellen Fee of Addison, Marie Southard of Corning, Jennie Bartholomew of Coopers Plains, and Emma Webber of Tennessee; and brother, Albert Johansen of Bath; and several nieces and nephews.

She was predeceased by her son, Jack Seeley; a brother, John; and sisters Augusta, Dagmar, Betty, and Laura.

There will be no visitation or service.

Burial will take place in High Cemetery in Elkland.
