Mamie Seeley

Sulphur – Services for Mamie Seeley, 84, will be 2 p.m. Thursday in the Assembly of God Church, Sulphur, under the direction of the Dunn-Clagg Funeral Home. Conducting the rites will be the Rev. Lesslie Thompson Jr., assisted by the Rev. Edgar Tims.

Mrs. Seeley died Tuesday in a Sulphur hospital.

She was born, Feb. 1, 1893, in Mill Creek, and moved to Sulphur 10 years ago. She married Walter Seeley, Sept. 15, 1911, in Pontotoc.

Mrs. Seeley was a Methodist.

Survivors include her husband, Walter of the home; two daughters, Mary Ann Allen and Rosa Lee Vitatow, both of Oklahoma City; six sons, Ben, Sulphur, Joseph B., Holdenville, Otwell, Winston Salem, N.C., Emmett, Davis, Leon, San Antonio, and Wiley, Dallas; two half-brothers, Claud and Clifton Gaddis, both of Mill Creek; one sister, Lizzie Anderson, Tulsa; 18 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.

Burial will be in the Mill Creek Cemetery.
