Mrs. Mabel K. Seeley, 89, died Monday at the Old Ladies Home, 52 S. Hamilton St.

A lifelong resident of Poughkeepsie, she had resided at the home since 1969.

Mrs. Seeley was employed by the Moline Plow Company, S. Water Street, many years ago.

Born in Poughkeepsie, July 19, 1884, she was the daughter of Edgar and Kate Foster Austin. He husband, Edward S. predeceased her.

She was a member of the First Congregational Church.

Mrs. Seeley is survived by one niece and one grandnephew.

Funeral services will be conducted Thursday at 10 a.m. at the Old Ladies Home. The Rev. Hugh F. Miller will officiate.

Friends may call at the Old Ladies Home Wednesday from 7 to 8 p.m. Arrangements are under the direction of the Dowling Funeral Home, 43 Fairview Ave.

Friends may call Wednesday 7 to 8 p.m. Interment Poughkeepsie Rural Cemetery. Arrangements in charge of the Dowling Funeral Home, Poughkeepsie.
