Second Child Dies
Death has placed a heavy hand on the family of Mr. and Mrs. Ray Seely, of Candor, N.Y., formerly of this village, two of their children having passed away within a week. The first child, Lydia Seely, seven years old, died on February, 18th. The body was brought to Canisteo and buried in Woodlawn cemetery on February 21st. The second child, Pearl Seely, four years old, died yesterday and the body is expected here today for burial in Woodlawn cemetery. Both children died of influenza. The family was well known in Canisteo and have not been gone from here very long.
