Jr. of Salt Lake City, UT. Also survived by grandsons, Nathaniel K. of S. Londonderry, VT, and and Morris C. of Salt Lake City, UT, and granddaughter, Ellen F. Cooke III of St. Geroge, UT. Memorial service Saturday at 11 A.M. at St. David’s Episcopal Church, 763 Valley Forge Rd., Wayne, PA 19087. Int. Brookside Cemetery, Englewood, NJ. In lieu of flowers memorials may be sent in Mrs. Seeley’s name to Dunwoody Village Memorial Garden, 3500 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square, PA 19073.
