SEELEY, LUELLA H., 81, of Pinellas Park, died Thursday (Aug. 14, 1997) at home. Born in Gloversville, N.Y., she came here in 1959 from Washington, D.C., and was a hairdresser. Locally, she was a member of Sacred Heart Catholic Church, Ladies of the Elks Chapter 2217 and Ladies of the Moose Chapter 871. Survivors include two sons, Brooks Harding, Ephrata, Pa., and Merrick Harding, Pinellas Park; two daughters, Hope Soukup, New Port Richey, and Kathleen Jane Patton, Swarthmore, Pa.; two sisters, June Fadel, Antelope, Calif., and Louise Josephs Higgins, Tampa; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
