Lewis C. Seely, of Casper, Wyoming, and Anna M. Sloat, of Millport, Pa., were joined in marriage in this city Tuesday. The ceremony was pronounced at the Grand Central hotel by the Rev. Rutger Dox, pastor of the First Baptist church.
