Seely, LaVerne (Norman) 5-6-32 to 4-15-14, age 81 of Crosby. Survived by husband, Earl; sons, Wayne (Nancy) Loken & David (Linda) Loken; daughter, Lori Gingerich (Randy Green); 6 grandchildren, Terry, Trevor & Raena Loken & Nathan, Haley & Colin Nye; 2 great- grand babies, Grady and Evelyn; sister, Beverly (Bob) Hardman; niece, Allison Raines; & many cousins. Predeceased by parents; infant son, Jeffery Loken; daughter, Dawn (Loken) Nye. A graduate of Robbinsdale High, she attended the MN. School of Business. An executive Secretary for years. She wrote poetry & short stories, sold real estate & took up oil painting in her later years. She wintered in So. TX. for years & traveled across country many times. Her favorite places were No. Hutchinson Is. (FL) & So. Padre Is. (TX) & Las Vegas. She was an avid reader, gardener & loved boating & fishing when she lived on Farm Is. Lk. In the interest of helping others who suffer she has donated her body to the U of M for scientific research. Memorial service at a later date.
