SEELEY, JOHN E., 80, passed away Wednesday, October 20, 2010.
He was a member of St. Louis Bertrand Catholic Church and the Holy Name Society. He served our country in the Air Force during the Korean War and was a former district supervisor at Financial Adjustment Services.
John was preceded in death by his wife, the former Angela McTighe.
He is survived by his sons, John P. Seeley (Kegan) and Mark T. Seeley (Masako); daughters, Ellen F. Sommer (Mike), Mary B. Lorey (Garry), Mary Katherine Grossman (Larry); sisters, Ada C. Kuhn and Lila Shouse (David); sister-in-law, Anna Justina McTighe; seven grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and caregiving daughter, Dana Payne.
Funeral service for John will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, October 23, 2010 at Highlands Family-Owned Funeral Home, 3331 Taylorsville Road, with burial to follow in Calvary Cemetery. Visitation will be Friday at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m.
