Joan E. WILKEN-SEELY Joan Evelyn Seely, born November 6, 1929, passed from family and friends on October 18, 2006. Born in Aberdeen, South Dakota, she came to Seattle during WWII. Her love for antiques gave her the opportunity to open her own successful shop, the Buggy Wheel Antiques in the Rosevelt district. Joan had an incredible love for gardening, which was always apparent by the gardens she tended to. Joan was also successful in locating the perfect slot machine. She leaves her husband, Chuck of 54 years, daughter, Leann of Dallas, Texas, son, Steven of Seattle, sister, Jane Wiles of Salem, Oregon and Brother, Bob Wilken of Tustin, California. Graveside Services will be held on Tuesday, October 24, 2006 at 2:00 p.m. at the Bonney-Watson cemetery in Burien, Washington.
