Mrs. Jessie E. Seely, 62, died Saturday evening in Afton, after a short illness. She is survived by a sister, Miss Emma Seeley of Washington D.C.; a brother, William Seeley of Binghamton; one niece and two nephews. The body was moved to the Karschner Funeral Home in Afton, where friends may call.
