JANE REDMOND SEELY
April 17, 1974. Resident of 251 – 15th St., Eureka, Wife of C. Edward Seely of Eureka. Mother of Richard C., Elmo K., Arthur and Robert E. Seely, all of Eureka, Mrs. Olive J. Kahn of San Lorenzo, and the late Walter Seely. Grandmother of Michael, Kevin, Jennifer and Ned Seely; Steve, Marty and Denise Kahn; Debbie, Kent, Richard, Curl, Steve and Jane Seely and Kathleen Jordan. Mrs. Seely is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A native of County Antrim, Ireland, Mrs. Seely had made her home in Humboldt for 67 years; aged 86. She was a member of Thelma Rebekah Lodge and the Eureka Woman’s Club.
Services have been arranged for Friday, April 19 at 2 p.m. in the chapel of Pierce Mortuary, with the Rev. Harold Ranton officiating. Interment will follow at Sunset Memorial Park.
Casketbearers will be Clarence Haugen, Sam Steers, William Marlow, Bert Chapman, Kenneth Van Pelt and Earl Cannarn. Honorary bearers, James Kane and Judge Don Wilkinson.
Friends may call at the chapel Thursday from 1 to 5 p.m. and from 7 to 8:30 p.m.
