PEKING – (PNS) – Isaac Seelye, 84, died at 6:35 a.m. Wednesday at the Tazewell County Nursing Home.

His funeral will be at 1:30 p.m. Friday at Kuecks Funeral Home, with Major Cecil Dye of the Salvation Army officiating. Burial will be in the Forest City Cemetery.
