d. about 1797, age 40 years, Lycoming Township, Northumberland Co., PA; buried on his farm.  (In 1797, Elizabeth Hunt petitioned the court to settle Isaac’s estate for Isaac, Robert, Elizabeth, and Maria.)
m. 1783/5, Reading, Berkshire Co., PA, Elizabeth Galbraith (b Cumberland Co., NJ).  Daughter of Robert Galbraith of Cumberland Co., NJ.  As a widow, Elizabeth Galbraith Seely m 2nd, Dr. Hunt of Carlyle, PA.

Resided Larry’s Creek, Lycoming Township, Northumberland Co., PA.  Had a sawmill in 1785.

Isaac Seely was a student in Reading, PA.  His education was not completed when he joined a company of volunteers for service in Revolutionary War.  He was at Trenton, Princeton and Valley Forge.  He was Brigade Major 2nd Brigade and transferred to 1st Pennsylvania Brigade. I saac was a member of the Cincinnati Society of Pennsylvania.
