Funeral Held For Mrs. Helena Seely
Funeral services were held today for Mrs. Helena Seely, 82, of 5034 Thornhill Drive, a resident of Oakland for 75 years, who died at a local hospital Wednesday after an illness of two weeks.
Mrs. Seely was the widow of Frank H. Seely, San Francisco post office employee who died several years ago. She was born in Germany.
She was a member of the Pioneers’ Club here.
Survivors include a son, Arthur Schimpff of Richmond; a daughter, Mrs. Amy E. Hunter of Oakland, and two stepsons, Edwin and Chester C. Seely.
The services were held at the Tower Chapel of Mountain View Cemetery. Arrangements were in charge of the Grant D. Miller Mortuary.
