HELEN SEELEY, 80, of Tampa died Tuesday. A native of Aiken, S.C., she moved to the area from Lantana in 1968. She was a homemaker and Catholic. She is survived by her husband, Ralph; a daughter, Jane Strazzulla of Vero Beach; a half-sister, Gladys Jackson of Aiken; six grandchildren; and eight great-grandchildren.
