Mrs. Helen K. Seeley, 90, of Millington died yesterday in the Morristown Rehabilitation Center.

A Mass will be offered at 10 a.m. Friday in St. Vincent de Paul Church, Stirling. Arrangements are by the Valley Memorial Funeral Home, Gillette.

Mrs. Seeley was a member of the Long Hill Senior Citizens.

Born in Jersey City, she moved to Millington 24 years ago.

Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Diane Piwoski; six grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.
