Former Carteret Lawmaker Is Dead

RALEIGH, Sept. 25 – Frederic R. Seeley, 84, state representative from Carteret County in 1937 and 1939, died in a Raleigh nursing home last night.

Funeral services will be held at the Ann Street Methodist Church at Beaufort Wednesday.
