Graveside services for Fern Seeley will be 2 p.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2012 at Oak Hill Cemetery in Butler, Missouri with Brother Bill Perkey officiating. There is no visitation. Contributions to St. Jude Children’s Hospital. Services under the direction of the Schowengerdt Funeral Chapel (660-679-6555) in Butler.

Ella Fern Seeley, age 94 of Rattan, Oklahoma, formerly of Butler, Missouri died Thursday, September 13, 2012 at Pushmataha County Hospital in Antlers, Oklahoma. She was born August 3, 1918 to William Emmer and Ina Mae Bailey Crumly in Amsterdam, Missouri.

Fern is survived by a daughter, Sue Sutherland and husband Richard of Rattan, Oklahoma; a daughter-in-law, Joan Seeley-Taylor and husband Paul of Royce City, Texas; one sister, Joan Erhart of Butler, Missouri; five grandchildren, Rhonda Morehead of Ogden, Kansas, Teri Radford of Montrose, Missouri and Stacy Barton of Ratton, Oklahoma, Steve Seeley of Frisco, Texas and Ken Seeley of Allen, Texas; eight great-grandchildren and seven great great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Harold Seeley in 2005 and one son, Jack Seeley.
