Mrs. Ethel E. Seeley, 47, of 70 Liberty Street, died at 8:40 a.m. Saturday at Wilson Memorial Hospital. She is survived by her husband, William T. Seeley; three daughters, Mrs. Arlene Normile of Binghamton, Mrs. Marjorie McWilliams of Canastota, and Mrs. Marion Greene of Johnson City; one brother, Howard McClain of Binghamton. She was employed by Endicott Johnson Corp. The body was moved to the George H. Scholderer Home for Funerals, 269 Chenango Street.
