EMMA C. SEELEY age 81 of 143 Main Street, Coopers Plains, N.Y., formerly of Philadelphia, Pa. Tuesday, April 20, 1976 at the Green Home, Wellsboro, Pa. There will be no calling hours. Funeral will be Saturday1 p.m. at the Kuhl Funeral home, Mansfield, Pa. The Rev. Glenn Dewey officiating. Burial in Besley Cemetery, Columbia Township, Bradford County, Pa. Survived by three daughters, Mrs. Dale (Helen) Palmer of Islamorada, Fla., Mrs. Richard (Alice) Lass of Ogden, Iowa, Mrs. Robert (Ann) Paris of Coopers Plains, N.Y.; two sons, Harold Seeley of Philadelphia and Richard Seeley of Ogden, Iowa; two sisters, Mrs. Alice Burnham of Troy, Pa., Mrs. Laura McClelland of Middletown, N.Y.; two brothers, William and Lewis Canfield both of Columbia Cross Roads, Pa.; 14 grandchildren; five great-grandchildren. She was a member of the First United Methodist Church of Mansfield, Pa. She retired in 1964 after 34 years as a supervisor of the Veterans Administration in Philadelphia. She was born December 18, 1894 in Columbia Cross Roads, Pa., the daughter of William and Helen Fraley Canfield.
