SEELEY, ELVIA EMMA, 80, of Tampa, died Sunday (July 3, 1988). Born in Berwyn, Neb., she came here a year ago from Omaha, Neb. She was a former nurse and a member of Carrollwood Baptist Church. Survivors include a son, Dr. Ronald Lewis Seeley, Tampa; a daughter, Dolores Seeley, Omaha; two brothers, Charles Harbert, Placerville, Calif., and Eldred Harbert, Hayward, Calif.; a sister, Luretta Walker, Diamond Springs, Calif.; and five grandchildren.
