Funeral services for Mrs. Elizabeth C. Seelye, 79, mother of Wilber M. Seelye, Lansing attorney, who died Saturday at the home of a daughter, Mrs. Agnes St. Peter, in Cheboygan, were held Tuesday morning from the Truesdale funeral home in Kalamazoo.
Rev. Frank B. Bachelor of Kalamazoo college officiated at the services and Mrs. Seelye’s body was taken to Ann Arbor for burial in Forest Hill cemetery.
Mrs. Seelye, a former resident of Kalamazoo and Ann Arbor, was a native of Grand Island, N.Y. She was a daughter of William and Elizabeth Morgan.
Besides the one son and daughter, Mrs. Seelye is survived by a second son, Arthur B. Seelye of Kalamazoo; nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
