EDWARD PENN SEELY, 68, of Indianola, Wash., former Wichitan, retired Boeing Military Airplanes quality-control manager, died Wednesday, May 10, 1989. Memorial service, noon Saturday, St. Olaf’s Catholic Church, Poulsbo, Wash.

Survivors: wife, Mildred; son, Edward Penn Jr. of Kingston, Wash.; daughters, Patricia Armstrong of Indianola, Mary Lisa Eastep of Kingston, Wash.; brothers, Jack of Scottsdale, Ariz., Mel of Spokane, Wash.; sister, Doris Dittmer of Phoenix; two grandchildren. Memorial has been established with the American Heart Association. Stone Chapel, Poulsbo.
