Mrs. Frank Seeley

Mrs. Edna Greer Seeley, 81, of St. John’s Court, died today in Thompson Hospital following a long illness. Mrs. Seeley was born in Barrie, Ont., Canada, May 9, 1884, the daughter of the late William and Catherine Moriarty Greer. She was a member of St. John’s Episcopal Church.

Mr. and Mrs. Seeley were married in Buffalo, Feb. 9, 1927 and had since lived in Canandaigua where Mr. Seeley was engaged in the clothing business for many years.

Besides her husband, survivors are two daughters, Mrs. Harvey C. Foster of Rochester and Mrs. Kay Selover of Albany; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Mrs. Maude A. Willis of Canandaigua.

Friends may call Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at the Kennedy and Son Funeral Home where funeral service will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. Rev. Harold D. Avery, rector of St. John’s Episcopal Church, officiating. Burial will be in Woodlawn Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
