Doris Ethel Seely, 69, Deer River, MN died May 9, 2019 at home.

She was born in Wadena, MN on January 26, 1950.

Doris grew up in Lake Hubert, she attended school in Nisswa and Brainerd, MN. Doris married Darwin on June 14, 1971, although they never had children Doris was a house wife and a caregiver to her grandmother Lilias Chapman and Twilla Cooper.  She had partime jobs as a housekeeper and caregiver. Doris and Darwin moved to this area in 1971, where Doris continued to work as a caregiver to the Cooper niece and nephews, then later opened her home to the Jaramilla family where they provided care for each other.  Doris was a member of the Ball Club Assemblies Church, she was the happiest when she was with her church family and taking care of her many nieces and nephews.

Survived by:  Brother-Vernon Verbeck of Motley, Sisters- Rose (Bazil) Wales of Staples, Viola (Bruce) Seeley of Deer River, MN, Mableann Cooper of Blaine, Special nieces and nephews Heather, Casey, Joseph, Dale, Bazil, Samantha Jaramillo. And Twilla Cooper. And numerous other nieces and nephews .

Preceded by: Husband Darwin, Parents Marvin and Florence Verbeck, Mother-in-law Alice Seely, Siblings  2 brothers Oramall and Dale Verbeck, 2 sisters Pearl Pierce and Ruby Verbeck.

Services: May 16, 2019 2:00 P.M Assemblies of God Eagles Landing church Ball Club, MN with a Visitation One Hour Prior at the Church.
