SEELEY, DONNA J., 44, of New Port Richey, died Thursday (Oct. 1, 1998) at home. Born in Wood River, Ill., she came here 16 years ago from Illinois. She was a homemaker. Survivors include a daughter, Melinda Baker, New Port Richey; her mother, Frances Carroll, New Port Richey; her father, Wayne Bettis, Panama City; two sisters, Jan Bailie, New Port Richey, and Debbie Love, Panama City; and three brothers, Phillip Bettis, Panama City, Todd Bettis, Jacksonville, and Joey Carroll, Malvern, Ark. National Cremation Society, Holiday.
