McKeel, Dolores M. Seeley, of the Hamlet of Wallkill, a retired calculations clerk at Downstate Correctional Facility, Fishkill, and a longtime resident of the area, died Sunday, April 7 1996 at Westchester County Medical Center, Valhalla. She was 63. The daughter of Catherine Cheeseman McKeel and the late Charles McKeel, she was born Aug. 13, 1932 in Newburgh. Survivors include her mother of Newburgh, her husband Joseph R. Seeley at home; two sons, Kevin J. Seeley of Brookfield, CT., and Kent S. Seeley of Charlotte, NC; one daughter Karen Palen of Pine Bush; one brother Charles McKeel of Kitterey, Maine; one sister Paula Lewis of Newburgh and five grandchildren. Friends may call from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Wednesday at the White and Venuto Funeral Home, 276 N. Plank Rd. Newburgh. A funeral Mass will be celebrated at 11 a.m. Thursday at Sacred Heart Church, Newburgh. Burial will be in St. Francis Cemetery, New Windsor.
